Mr. Abbasciano is a seasoned and versatile attorney with a primary focus on immigration law and significant experience in employment law. His practice includes representing individuals, families, and businesses in immigration matters, as well as advising employers and employees on select employment law issues.
Before establishing the Abbasciano Law Firm, Mr. Abbasciano served as a Deputy Attorney General with the California Department of Justice. He also practiced with several boutique law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he gained extensive experience handling immigration cases and related employment matters. Through this work, he has successfully assisted international clients in navigating the U.S. legal system, addressing both their immigration and employment law needs.
